Ann, Cryostat decontamination references: College of American Pathologists, Commentary on certification questionaire: 1) Decontaminate regularly with 70% alcohol. 2) Defrost, remove trimmings and decontaminate with a tuberculocidal disinfectant, preferably weekly for instruments use
