What I have found out so far is our Primary Space management gets started and then all of a sudden, DFHSM, is running at 60% or higher cpu utilization. In fact, RMF shows it PROC: 96% And it stays that way until I cancel DFHSM. STOP has no affect. So something is definitely going on. If IBM fin
