I'm pretty sure I did that in the past too. But, you had to start VMFINS
INFO first to have at least "installed" the PPFs of the products on 51D:

Does anyone know a way to invoke the "Make Override" panels in a sort
of "stand-alone" manner? Without invoking VMFINS ?
It may be my imagination, but I seem to recall a way to do so in some
earlier release of z/VM, or maybe it was even back in the VM/ESA days.
