Performance Toolkit FCXTREND File Size

2007-03-02 Thread Scully, William P
As time marches on the size of our Performance Toolkit FCXTREND file gets larger and larger. I can't seem to figure out how to "trim" this file, so that (perhaps) only a few weeks or months data is kept (depending on the system's purpose). How is that done?

Correct. RTM will not run on z/VM 5.2.0. Since you will be running Performance Toolkit on your 5.2.0 system, you should install VM64152/UM31956 to Performance Toolkit before trying to bring it up. Mike Donovan

Even though I do not run R440, I applaude your efforts in releasing this PERFKIT fix. Having such a useful component of my system "dead in the wat er" during a migration would leave a very bad feeling towards the vendor. Congradulations on doing the right thing. /Tom Kern On Wed, 17 Jan 2007 10
