We need a candidate who has strong programming skills, can work in Agile environments and who is competent with MVC design patterns and Perl. It is alright if the candidate does not know perl but is very competent n any other language, OO principles and design patterns. We require candidates who have contributed actual code to at least 1 open source project. This ensures that the candidate is good at collaboration, documentation, systematically versions code and adheres to standards.
