signed off at 1500UT, their remaining carriers peaked well after that time.

only a handful of stations reached audio level:
693 JOABTokyo, JAPANWeak, with only traces of language lesson at
1342.
774 JOUB Akita, JAPAN Just in audio with language lesson at 1425.
Peaked about 10 minutes
WNLR-1150 Churchville Virginia has been off frequency for at least a year
now so it might be them. They sign-off at 1800 EST in February so if you
heard the het after that time it's probably not them.

Interesting. Can't imagine them coming back with their full 5 kw, especially
with only one tower. Probably less than 5 kw D and rather low power at night.
