   Entropy has been adjusted in the  ubuntu kernels > 5.15+ causing warning to 
be echoed.
   
   # Solution
   
   Introduced a check for the OS and version. If the OS is ubuntu and kernel 
version is > 5.15, thershold is adjusted to 64. 
   
   # Tests
   
   Did Gradle build
   This is my first PR to Solr. It would be great to get guidance on testing 
this. I tested it by building Solr from the source
