*NEED H1B CANDIDATES*

*Tableau activities *

·         Tableau Code migrations across Environments.

·         Tableau Upgrade Testing.

·         Load Balance Testing using the Automation tool.

·         Performance Testing using the Automation tool

·         Tableau API related tasks, Auto disable of Schedules, Auto update
of Generic ID passwords and Code migrations.

·         All three Environment Monitoring activities.

·         Tableau On Call Primary Support – taking customer calls and
emails.

·         New project & Security groups creation in Tableau environment
requests.

·         Raising requests and following up Network Security to open Ports
from Tableau to DB Servers.

·         Gathering Tableau Audit info on demand using Interworks tool.



*Metric Insights activities:*

•        Taking care of Metric Insights access requests.

•        Metric Insights new category & groups requests.

•        Addressing Metric Insights technical issues



*MicroStrategy activities:*



·         MSTR Code migrations across Environments.

·         MSTR-10 Upgrade Testing and following up with MSTR Support on all
MSTR related issues.

·         On Call Support

·         Setting up of new Projects in PRD

·         Setting up of Non Sales Security, Cleaning up of EPM & GOAL SHEET
access related issues and supporting all AGS development teams in resolving
their MSTR related issues.



*Alteryx Activities:*

•        Debug workflows

•        Enable new workflows

•        Answer customer inquiries regarding app

•        Performance testing & tuning.



*Non- Technical Tasks:*

•        Issuing Tableau Desktop License keys during IST hours.

•        Raising ARM access request to MSTR/Tableau on behalf of new users.
