Hello Folks, Need of two Sr. Systems Support Analyst resources. This is a 6+ month contract in the Greater Sacramento area.
Environment: -Unix AIX, Solaris -Database Oracle -Sonic Actional -SST -Soapstation Provides daily maintenance and technical support for integration services between our various application systems. Maintains supported application systems by coordinating routine maintenance, software installations, upgrades and configurations. Collaborate with IT counterparts, other internal business units and outside vendors to analyze and resolve application system issues. Provides 24x7 on-call production support as required. Desired developing skills: PL/SQL or Perl ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: . Provides daily maintenance and technical support activities associated to the operations of application systems assigned to the department . Provides 24x7 production support as assigned in an on-call rotation and in compliance with Service Level Agreements and Customer Support Plans related to application systems assigned to the department . Coordinates IT response and resolution to systems failures and related issues including root cause analysis . Provides technical guidance, troubleshooting and perform corrective actions to ensure a high degree of systems availability, reliability and security . Prepares and maintains related systems support documentation in compliance with industry and corporate standards . Coordinates and deploys approved production-ready applications into production environment . Ensures successful transition of system solutions to ongoing operational maintenance and support including appropriate hand-off of intellectual and technical capital ***Please make note of my new email address thanks!
