BASIC PURPOSE & ACCOUNTABILITY
Communicate and work with users in analyzing and understanding
specific application and computing requirements and provide
consultation on best course of action
Develop applications as to suite business needs
Promote, educate and manage end-user computing (EUC) activities in
order to optimize the performance and usage of business information
system and facilities of the company
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Evaluate and manage application software and hardware to provide
automated functions which effectively support the business process
Develop and manage in-house application in order to optimize
business process in line with company business strategy and to
expedite/automate the existing working process.
Develop new systems and maintain current production system
following a preset Standards and Guidelines that include:
- Performing system requirements study.
- Package Selection/Custom development
- Coding and testing
- Conducting training
- Conversion
- Implementation/Cut-over
- Production Systems Support
- Maintenance and development.
Comply to IT Security Policy and Procedures to ensure
confidentiality, integrity and availability of IT services
Promote, educate and train end-user in EUC to enhance their skill
and competencies to ensure usage effectiveness with latest
technologies and aware of the risk and responsibilities involved.
Review and monitor Service level Agreement for SD related to meet
customer requirement and enhance service delivery.
Skill :
. Firm and posses strong understanding on .NET Framework
. Experience in using Microsoft Office 2003 workgroup packs
. NET Programming (VB.NET 0r C# or J#)
. RDBMS (MS SQL 2000 Oracle)
. Web Development (Concept, Develop, Implement)
. SharePoint Server & Portal 2003 (Advantages)
