Dear all, Mo minta tulung dunk, gw punya monitor LCD ViewSonic VE500, beli bulan Pebruari lalu di pameran komputer di JHCC dgn harga sedikit miring, katanya sehh cuci gudang.
Tapi udah 2 bulan ini, muncul bintik putih/badcells di deket ujung layar, setelah dibawa ke tokonya, ternyata utk kerusakan spt ini tidak digaransi, jd akhirnya dibawa pulang kembali tanpa hasil. Padahal pemakaian normal, monitor dipake utk keperluan aplikasi standar dan juga utk TV tuner, kondisi kamar tempat komputer tanpa AC, memakai stabilizer, waktu pemakaian paling lama sekitar 6-7 jam. Tapi beberapa hari ini, bad cellsnya bertambah luas. yang bener2 dah bad cells kan gak geser, tetep trus. Tapi di sekitar bintik putih itu ada kabut geto (mungkin calon bintik putih solid. hiks) nah, ini suka geser2. kadang lebih ke kiri, kadang lebih ke kanan kadang ilang. Ada yg bisa bantu gak gimana cara ngatasin ato menghilangkan bad cells ini ? (Selain mengganti layar LCD ato beli baru, hehehe). Atau paling tidak, gimana spy bad cellsnya tidak bertambah luas ?? Via japri aja,spy bisa langsung dibaca.
