Essentially it says environment variable NO_AT_BRIDGE should have value
1. I faced the same problems and about linked helped me.

Maybe not theme directly.
Reboot. Login to Xubuntu session. Will not start.
Log out. Login into WMaker. Starts OK.
Log out. Login back into Xubuntu session, Starts OK.
Repeatable.
