does nothing. Also, I will need netscape to call appletviewer with the
url of the page that the applet is in, but it will probably call it with
the .class file, right. Anyone know how to fix this?

at the problem is in the JDK. Apparently it loads
libtya.so (because I get the linker error if it's not there), but Sy
won't report that its using TYA. Since Sy comes with TYA, I assume it
would have the final say it TYA is loaded.
Any suggestions?
