Thanks for the fix Juergen. Java was being run from JDK 1.1.8 even though
JAVA_HOME was set to the J2SE 1.4 home directory.

.zip file. mpEDIT runs ok on a Windows machine.
I've seen mention of the green_threads stuff (but nothing relating
directly to my problem) is this related?
