I've tried it and it simply doesn't work. I'm using JMeter v. 1.8. I've tried putting the User Parameter inside the Thread Group and inside the Test Plan--nothing works. The value of Name is SERVER, and the value of User_1 is localhost. And I run a Tomcat on my own computer, so my browser goes to

If you define a couple of variables in your Test Plan matching the server name and port number, the HTTP Proxy Server will very cleverly use those in lieu of the actual servername and port number. Then you can just change those values to get what you want. Salut, Jordi. Keld Helbig Hansen wro
