I have very little exposure to JSP (or even Servlets) and after my first
brush with JSP and ASP, I came out feeling very uncomfortable.
Would somebody answer my questions?
1. What IDEs support Servlet development (debugging, etc.). Or do people use
notepad (on Windows) or some text editor.
2. Does IIS work well with JRun and ServletExec? What Web Servers support
Servlets and JSP?
3. Server side scripting seems very difficult to bring under Configuration
Management/ Version Control. I really hope I am wrong. I find there is ease
in building applications but is it also easy to maintain? Are these being
used for Serious development- whatever that might mean? I expect to get a
lot of hate mail on this.

Thanks.
