one more question: Even if I have a M320 E3-FPC Type 3 - they called it
enhanced FPC, Tunnel PIC or AS PIC is still needed for creating virtual
interfaces?

Hi Stephen,
I am not a J-Series expert but you might want to check into licensing
issues. I understand that you need J-Flow license to run cflowd after
JUNOS 8.5.
