[j-nsp] fluke netflow tracker

Have any of you had any issues sending flows to flukes netflow tracker? We can get it to send the flows and be recieved on the server but for some reason 80% are ignored. Fluke is stumped and so far juniper has no ideas either. If anyone has this successfully operating I would like to chat with
