Currently have 5 full BGP feeds and peering at one exchange.
Convergence time (after an outage) with jflow enabled is more like 18 minutes
in our experience. Painful.

A Google search for "juniper MX used" and some phone calls to some of the
vendors in the top 10 would be a good place to start, if you are not going to
buy from an authorized reseller.
