We've located the problem and have a fix - just waiting for a deploy window.
Thanks all for your patience. IE and Firefox are being more forgiving on this

Hi,
Same here with 5.0.375.70 beta 64-bit on Ubuntu. I was forced to use IE and
even then it is not working flawless.
This happed after they migrated the Case Manager on their main web site, or
at least changed the design of old one.
