Hi Youness look at this http://www.juniper.net/products/modules/100210.pdf The M7i PIC are not compatible with the M120 (not the same size) You can read in the datasheet: M5, M7i, M10, and M10i PICs are interchangeable on an other hand Most M40e, M120, M160, and M320 PICs are interchangeable
