It _seemed_ like all other avatars loaded. However right now I can't reproduce
it, so maybe it's indeed a ratelimiting issue.

I *think* this just boils down to us running into ratelimits a lot (or do *all*
other avatars load for you?). For some reason, people do get more ratelimits
recently, i don't really know why that is, though
