It might be better to address this on https://discuss.kde.org/tag/kmymoney/23
because it reaches a wider audience there and actually is more of a
user/support question than a bug report. This is, because the CSS engine is an
external component not developed by the KMyMoney team but another KDE
component.

Looking at the attached file, I spot a few syntax errors:

line 70: Missing / in closing 
line 109-112: This does not look like a valid  entry
line 206-209: The same problem as before

I am not a CSS expert but the syntax checked pointed me to them. They might not
be the source of your problem, though.
