Hi - I can reproduce a form of this bug on my Fedora KDE 42 device with Konsole
25.04.0 - in my case, there's no empty spot in the vertical tab bar, but the
new tab button doesn't appear at all in that case. It does still work normally
with a horizontal tab bar, though.
