Hi Suhan,

The one specific incident is when I go to take dark frames. I will set all the
required items, insert into the scheduler and then hit the > button. There will
be a popup box, behind the current window, that asks me if I have put the cover
on my telescope. Here is a quick video of this. Let me know if I need to find
other processes which produce the same issue.

I’m trying to track this down in the code, but since I’m testing on Linux and
this seems macOS-specific, I want to make sure I’m looking at the right dialog.

Could you please clarify one concrete reproduction case? For example:
– Is this a confirmation dialog (Yes/No), or
– A progress / warning dialog?
– And from which exact action (Ekos profile deletion, INDI Web Manager scan, or
another specific menu action)?

With one exact action, I can trace the corresponding code path and fix the
dialog parenting/modality.
