Thanks - I was briefly to reproduce this on my system, but only when trying to
drag the top border immediately after launching Firefox (like <2 seconds after
the window appears). Any longer of a wait, and it didn't reproduce for me.
Nevertheless, something funky is going on there for it to happen at all.
