Disabling one of the two monitors makes no difference. Additionally, I can also reproduce this on my Thinkpad T400 (2009, Intel T9400 and single built-in display). But I found a way to get it to show under the correct position! 1. Open System Monitor and move to 2nd screen. 2. Open Dolphin on main monitor. 3. Right click on any application under Overview in System Monitor. 4. Click on Dolphin. 5. Right click on any application under Overview in System Monitor again.
