I'll see if I can get some screenshots of this work because this > "bug" looks more like a feature request, as if this has never been an option I had used a couple of different distros with Plasma 6 before and i believe all of them did not let me do that, but a temporary solution is to set turn off screen to custom then set it to 9,999 minutes.
