I'll test whether the fallback code path works as expected when geoclue is
disabled.

If automatic geolocation is unavailable, nighttime should fallback to manual
times. However, that relies on QGeoPositionInfoSource::createDefaultSource()
returning null if geoclue is unavailable.

On Arch it would be up to the user to figure this out and set something, since
Arch is a "build your own distro" toolkit (perhaps it could be better explained
in the wiki, too). CachyOS is a bit more user-focused though, so I would expect
them to pre-configure something.

FWIW here's what we did in KDE Linux:

I think detecting if Geoclue is currently installed and running would be the
best option. Should handle cases involving non-systemd distros too.

I ran into this particular issue on CachyOS and I feel it would help if I gave
some additional context. It seems like Arch upstream doesn't set a default
service URL at all since the retirement of Mozilla's Location Service (probably
even before that but idk), and I was wondering why Geoclue wouldn't start and
why even its demo failed. I think flagging up an error/warning banner in the
settings saying that Geoclue wasn't running would've made troubleshooting this
a bit easier.
