After Russia occupied Crimea, they changed Crimea’s time zone to Moscow time.
Under Ukrainian law, Crimea is in the same time zone as the rest of Ukraine,
which means the map is incorrect.

This is a map of timezones not countries.

The US is not 5 countries. We use IANA as a source.
