Bug detailed description:

32bit win2k3/win xp guests will crash after booting for a little while.

nic,macaddr=00:16:3e:5c:07:a9,model=rtl8139 -net 
tap,script=/etc/kvm/qemu-ifup -hda /share/xvs/var/kl

kvm_run: failed entry, reason 7
kvm_run returned -8

If using "-no-kvm-irqchip", they can be booted up successfully.
