And the BEAUTIFUL thing about Legacy vs other software is that it is quite easy to edit all instances of said source at one time to change from my "naming" structure to yours. I am in the process of editing locations as I have found when importing records that some people put abc (town), efgh

Here's my take on this.. 1) get 2 external drives. Download the latest version of Legacy to the hard drives. Intellishare mark you data files. Copy all photos, scanned document files and files etc to the hard drives. Continue to keep the data on the computer, but update to the hard drives.
