y lab. We
were on a tight deadline and so a lot of the code is rushed and poorly
pieced together. However, I am glad that my submission has helped at least
get the ball rolling on memory device support for Libvirt as it is very
much needed.
Thanks for your help,

This patch adds the XML schema and implementation for IVSHMEM device driver
support. Currently it defaults to using interrupts. A sample IVSHMEM entry
in the VM's XML file is:

Hi all,
I feel really bad sending this through the libvirt-list but the email
provided at the bottom of the patch page is rejecting my email.
I have a patch for Libvirt but I am unsure how to go about doing it. I saw that
on the patches page it says to submit the patch using Mercurial's patchbomb
Hi all,
For some reason when I run "libvirtd -d" as root it seems to not start. I
investigate by running "libvirtd -v" as root and I get a segfault. Here is
the output:
2012-08-23 19:01:23.237+: 27464: info : libvirt version: 0.10.0
> 2012-08-23 19:01:23.237+: 27464: error : virDriverLoad
Hi all,
Does anyone know if Libvirt supports shared memory devices such as IVSHMEM.
I know it didn't at one point but I didn't know if support for it had been
recently added.
Thanks,
Shawn
