I hope the html file and director file both are in the CD and you are trying
open the html file from the director movie, in this case you don't need to
find CD drive, if you use the moviePath command. the moviePath command
indicates the pathname of the folder in which the current dire

I believe this is the Photoshop 3 Import xtra. Allows you to import
Photoshop files.

you can fake it, using a bitmap cursor, or you can use the setMouse xtra.

If I understand you right, the solution is pretty simple; just move the regpoint of
the image in the opposite direction according to the scrollmovement, without moving
the sprite.

and I don't remember where, but you'll probably find it searching the name.

Im have created a project with director 8 for PC. I have used embeded fonts.
These fonts are Greek. The same project must run on a Mac too. The problem
is that the font maping for Greek on the Mac is different to the one on the
PC . The result is that when the project runs on a Ma

I'm doing a cd that auto detects if the quicktime is installed in the end
user machhine. The problem is that when i use the fuction
"quickTimeVersion()" my projector fails and give me an error like this one
--"script error"--.

You ma be absolutely right. I haven't tried with D8 but up to D7 many
transitions working on macintosh were totally different on PC. You had
to check out what transitions work cross-platform.
