but i'm nervous that my movie-level access won't always work, since i have
no understanding of why this handler returns garbage at all.

hey,
i'm working on a projector project, and i need to get the modified date of a
local file. FileXtra is no longer supported in d8. anyone know if there is
a quick alternative method for getting the mod. date of a local file in d8?
