Same problem here, I try to give the filesystem history:
a) three days ago I format a 219GB partition:
1) latest Linus' git kernel tree;
2) two nested subvolumes;
3) options:
defaults,noatime,noba

You've tested that backup, I hope? If you're using it as a system disk,
be sure you can boot from it without the main disk running so the system
can't pull anything from it.

btrfsck still shows a lot of errors, while scrubbing says ev
