No change as regards oopses I'm afraid. Of course, I can now use the modem
without locking up, but I can still trigger the same oops by rmmod/insmod few
times. I got uhci to oops with modem disconnected and mouse connected
( uhci + hid + mousedev ), but usb-uhci was OK with mouse. In both cases,
