Oddly enough, no. Nor does setting a map for "ctrl+alt+del" in

I solved the Firebird issue itself by using icewm and setting geometry
in /etc/icewm/winoptions
As a work-around, I've locked the user into an xsession while true; done

When I use the kit locally on a Fedora box, Kudzu explicitly detects the Logitech base
unit as a device and installs the drivers OK for it.
I'll try just enabling usb mouse support on the terminal as you suggest and see what
happens. I'm planning on upgrading our production server from L

David,
I would guess that your problem is related to the mouse.
in XFree86, if the mouse isn't detectetd properly, then the keyboard
will appear locked too.
Maybe it doesn't like your USB->PS/2 adapter. Can you just plug the USB
cable directly into a USB port on your workstation ?
If so, you

Hi everyone
We are market research company in Denmark. We have 25 interviewing

Update -
After trial and error, RTFM being mostly non-usable without a good FM, I've found the
following about this kit:
a) Mouse must be connected via usb to work (Fedora/Win2000)
b) A specific driver for the Logitech base station is then required (Fedora/Win2000),
otherwise mouse is wholly i

Very similar to your arrangement. I've been using a *gulp* Microsoft wireless
keyboard/mouse combo with no problems for a while. The bluetooth kit (Logitech) ahs a
base unit that has
a) PS/2 connection for the terminals Keyboard port
b) USB connection for terminals mouse port (tho' I've
