Is it possible to have the a LTSP setup, that runs in a similar fashion
to the knoppix terminal server? That is, the clients run as fat clients,
and do all thier own proccessing, and load what is neccessary from the
server?

Can anyone here recommend some rescue CD's? I've used knoppix, and it
seems to be more of a complete distro.
I just wondered if there is anything that comes with software that I can
use to scan a hard disk, rid the hd of virii, things like that.
TIA

Linux from scrath is a HARD CORE distrubtion. Basically, to install it, you
need to already have some kind of linux on the target machine. You then have
to compile everything, I mean EVERYTHING, and install every package one by
one. This way you have complete control over what is installed, and whe

I have a RH7.3 install on my system. It is a standard serer install, and the
only extras I have are, mailman and webmin. I've installed the latest LTSP
rpm's and I also installed GDM. I made my boot disks using rom-o-matic...

I'm getting this error, on my console, I've just
rebooted my system, and I get the error, X respawning to fast, disabled for five

how do I rectify this
problem?
I'm installing LTSP files, and the scripts keep telling me Red Hat version
7.3 is not supported. Is something amiss?

I've been researching about the LTSP for some time, and I have finally

I am very interested in the K12 project, and the LTSP - I'm having it in
