All I did was alter the dhcpd.conf adding the lines that first download
the pxe-rom-image from rom-o-matic and then the kernel.

I was playing with my Mini-ITX 5000 too today, using a Mini-ITX 800 as
Terminal Server (yeah, well, as I said: I was just playing).
Anyway. "PXE-E32 TFTP open timeout" looks like either TFTP is not
running, or a firewall is blocking access. I would guess it's the
latter. Le
