Hi,
I'm trying to build a ltsp-server as versatile as possible (old kernel
or not, fat or not...) because clients can be very different... We
have actually about 20 servers on Wheezy with NFS chroots with no fat.
At the moment, i install everything in a Jessie virtualbox... with the
script attach
Hoped it was solved !!! It is'nt ...
Help needed here too.

HI,
I think i had the same thing and solve it with :
sudo apt-get install gnome-settings-daemon=3.4.2-0ubuntu0.6.2
Maybe you should first check if your version of gnome-settings-daemon
3.4.2-0ubuntu0.6.3
Tell me

If we comment lines about printer, it does work.
These lines were ok with ubuntu 11.10
We tried with PRINTER_0_DEVICE = /dev/usb/lp0
It doesn't work either.
As root in the chroot, the device /dev/usb/lp0 exists.
Any idea to help ?
Nico
Same problem for me, any hint ?

Hi, all
I'm trying the fatclient implementation made by Stephane Graber as announced
to ltsp-developper list
Here's his message ...

Just a big thank ...
Works like a charm with Stephane Graber's PPA ... installed on server
and in chroot !
Best regards

Here is our problem...
We've got a ltsp ubuntu jaunty system in our high school ...
- The server is a DELL PowerEdge 840 with an unbuntu 9.04
- We got 67 thin clients HP 5730 ( yes, it's a lot )
- As our thin clients are quite powerfull, we use localapps ... Here's
our lts.conf
