I had some luck with simply putting a custom rc startup in the ltsp-config.
I ran into other problems with jumboframes, but this might work for you
with some small modifications. I'm using ltsp 3.0.15... Best of luck.

I put bcm5700's in all my clients,
left the onboard NIC enabled with PXE on,
and put the following in dhcpd.conf.
You'll also need a pxe encapsulated etherboot.
First pxe request gets etherboot, second dhcp request gets
the ltsp kernel with a kernel command line option.

Anyway, it looks like, you don't have dhcpd installed on your system or
you already configured it (and renamed the dhcp.conf.example to dhcp.conf).
Use "rpm -qa | grep dhcp" to find out, if you have dh

A: Get ltsp-core package.
Decompress it.
Copy suse.sh into the new directory (ltsp_core, or something like that).
Create a new symlink suse-8.1.sh to suse.sh (ln -s suse.sh suse-8.1.sh)
Run ./install.sh
That's it ...
