turned on BUT with nobody logged in? Id like to
remotelly turn it off AND
pkill -U irresponsiblestudent
I always leave a kid in charge who is supposed to turn
them off but when I arrive most pcs are on with no
users and its making

many of my users log into ao complete ltsp and within
their desktop I put an icon to run rdesktop to connect
to a windows 2000 terminal server, so windows appears

I just aquired a few computers that clearly fail the
video test, they are on the 100Mhz range and I want to
put them as ltsp clients after adding them a nice
video card.
After some experience in ltsp I found that the die
hard less hasle cheap lan card is the realtek 8139,
what would be your recomm
Easy, put all of your users and their files in linux.
Share from linux samba to the windows machines, this
is how I have it all set up, I never get server
problems and I am sure you will get less client
problems ;)
linux is a great server, let it serve 8)

openoffice website, because I dont see too much of a
difference 8D
I think we should all invest on a little more eye
candy for ltsp related websites, for example the nice
flash movie on oscommerce.com may not look like much
but really makes a diff

I have noticed that the text on the terminals are
quite small and I would like them to be a little
bigger, at least just as big as they are on the server
display.
I have also noticed that the terminals are set up with
english language keyboard and the server is in
spanish.
