Tobias, Wow, sounds pretty cool. The reason you are getting the error is because with XFree86 4.2, some of the shared libraries have moved around a bit, compared with what LTSP was expecting. So, you need to rebuild your ld.so.cache file. Normally, you would do this command on the server to fix
