Bear in mind that it's not really the lists in all cases. If a message
comes through as suspect it is held till it can be reviewed by a human.
If my message then goes out to some members of the group (because their
mail service processes it more quickly) it's possible that you can get
answers

It seems to me that it's only recently that the sourceforge mail server
has been slow at delivering emails, sometimes out of sequence.
I know Sourceforge has been having major problems with other services.
If it continues, then we probably will look for a new place to host the
mailing

as far as i know, there have been some changes on sf-servers. So this
might be the reason for this.
