Bear in mind that it's not really the lists in all cases. If a message comes through as suspect it is held till it can be reviewed by a human. If my message then goes out to some members of the group (because their mail service processes it more quickly) it's possible that you can get answers

Dave, It seems to me that it's only recently that the sourceforge mail server has been slow at delivering emails, sometimes out of sequence. I know Sourceforge has been having major problems with other services. If it continues, then we probably will look for a new place to host the mailing

Trying to follow a discussion on this list is painful. Messages arrive in seemingly random sequence, sometimes more than three days after they arrived at SourceForge. I get answers to questions several days before I see the questions. If we don't have any leverage at SourceForge, perhaps the list
