We have found out our newly built ltsp_initrd_kit kernel problem was caused by something in the lpp patch. I would guess the on-board Trident Blade video card or the frame buffer must be causing problems. We also tried the 2.4.20 kernel with the 2.4.20 lpp patch, same result. Any one had the lpp patch work on Trident Blade video cards?
