If it's a PDF file, then probably not. Many PDF files are not tagged,
and will therefore be problematic (especially for tables and other
structures) regardless of what operating system or reading tool you use.
If you can obtain the information in HTML, or in a word processor
format, you'll have

You can do this by pressing command-p to open the print dialog and choosing
open in preview or save to PDF from the PDF menu.

interaction or leave it alone and stop interacting?

righ now it’s doing one column then the next column to the right. I need it to
read across.. is this possible?

mouse. This is the opposite of VO + CMD + F5, which routes the mouse pointer
to the position of the VO cursor.
