Your going to have to start interacting with the lists...
It is anoying, but thats the only way I know how.

I recently upgraded to the latest version of itunes. I am still running snow
leopard. however, i noticed that voiceover is not acting properly. when i arrow
up and down a column such as podcasts apps etc, voiceover is not automatically
speaking the new item. i have turned voiceover on
