Can someone please explain why I keep having this problem.  I am trying to 
update a table (TableA) with lines that are broken at each intersection 
with an identifier from another line table (TableB) where the two lines 
intersect from each table.  The problem is that the identifier is rarely 
the correct one.  If I have four lines that form a cross in table B, a line 
from Table A might get any one of the four identifiers.  I hope this makes 
sense
