objects using column. You will get the choice of putting it in the same table

I have run into this as well. It appears that MI 7.5 is now taking the very first
row's value and making that the default Value name. I don't think you're doing
anything wrong here.
I have reported this issue to MI and am hoping they'll either release a patch for
this, or change it
